Refund Policy

1. Program Fees

The DPM Program is offered as a complete mentorship package rather than individual coaching sessions.

The program fee covers the full implementation process, including private 1:1 mentorship sessions, educational materials, proprietary tools where applicable, and ongoing guidance throughout the core program.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of the mentorship and the preparation required prior to delivery, refund requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer laws and the circumstances of each case.

Once the program has commenced and educational content or mentorship services have begun to be delivered, refunds may no longer be available except where required by applicable law.

​

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Cancellation by the Student

If you decide not to proceed with the program before it begins, please contact us as soon as possible.

Any applicable refund or cancellation rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances of your enrolment.

4. Session Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend a scheduled mentorship session, you should provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever reasonably possible.

​

Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

Repeated cancellations or failure to attend scheduled sessions without reasonable notice may result in the session being forfeited.

5. Late Attendance

If you arrive late for a scheduled session, the session will still conclude at the originally agreed finishing time unless otherwise agreed.

6. Missed Sessions

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be treated as completed and may not be rescheduled.

​

Exceptions may be considered in cases of genuine emergency or exceptional circumstances.

​

7. Cancellation by DPM Program

If we need to postpone or cancel a scheduled session for any reason, every reasonable effort will be made to arrange an alternative appointment at no additional cost.

​

If the program cannot be delivered due to circumstances entirely within our control, appropriate remedies will be discussed in accordance with applicable law.

​

8. Optional Support Sessions

Optional 1:1 support sessions booked after completion of the core program are subject to the same rescheduling and cancellation policy unless otherwise agreed.
