A Trading Mentorship Built on Institutional Positioning and Systematic Trading
A structured 10-session 1:1 mentorship centered around the Directional Positioning Model (DPM), combining institutional positioning data and technical analysis into a rule-based trading process, with additional complementary strategies and tools included.
What is the DPM Program
The Directional Positioning Model (DPM) Program is a structured 1:1 trading mentorship designed to help traders develop a professional, rules-based approach to trading financial markets.
At the core of the program is the Directional Positioning Model (DPM) - a framework built around institutional positioning and technical execution. The program also includes complementary models and tools designed to help traders adapt to different market conditions while maintaining a systematic approach.
This is not a signals service or a generic trading course. It is a focused mentorship where you are personally guided through the exact frameworks used to develop market bias, identify opportunities, and execute trades with consistency.
What you will gain
A complete trading framework
Learn how to build a structured, rules-based process for analysing markets using institutional positioning, macro analysis, and objective trade execution.
Structured 1:1 implementation
Work directly through each framework in a guided format so you are not simply learning concepts, but applying and refining them within your own trading.
Mechanical decision-making
Replace subjective analysis, emotional bias, and inconsistent execution with repeatable processes built on objective rules.
Professional trader development
Develop the skills, discipline, and decision-making processes required to trade independently, rather than relying on signals or market opinions.
This program is designed for traders who already understand the fundamentals of financial markets but want to develop a structured, professional approach to trading with consistency and clarity.
The goal is simple: to help you transition from discretionary trading to a systematic, rules-based approach built around objective frameworks, repeatable processes, and disciplined execution.
The DPM Strategy
The Directional Positioning Model (DPM) is a rule-based trading framework designed to solve two core problems in trading:
-
Which direction should I be looking to trade?
-
When is the highest-probability time to enter?
The framework first uses Commitments of Traders (COT) positioning data to establish a directional bias based on institutional positioning and net changes in market exposure. This allows traders to align themselves with broader positioning flows rather than relying on price alone.
Once a directional bias has been established, a structured technical execution model is applied to identify precise trading opportunities in alignment with that bias. This execution layer is fully mechanical and removes discretionary interpretation from the decision-making process.
Key characteristics of the DPM framework:
Dual-layer structure
The system separates macro directional bias from technical execution, ensuring that market context and entry timing are treated independently rather than conflated.
Objective positioning-based bias
Directional bias is derived from systematic analysis of institutional positioning data, specifically changes in Commitments of Traders (COT) reports over time.
Mechanical execution model
Trade entries are identified using a defined set of technical rules, ensuring consistency across all markets and timeframes.
Cross-market applicability
The framework can be applied across major futures markets and is designed primarily for swing trading, while the same execution logic can also be adapted for intraday trading conditions.
By separating directional analysis from execution, the DPM framework creates a repeatable decision-making process that removes emotional bias, prediction-based thinking, and discretionary interpretation.
Beyond the DPM Framework
While the Directional Positioning Model (DPM) serves as the foundation of the program, traders are also introduced to additional systematic models designed to complement the core methodology in different market environments.
These models are taught as supporting frameworks and are intended to expand a trader's toolkit while maintaining the same principles of objective, rules-based decision-making and disciplined risk management.

Program Structure & Investment
The DPM Program is a structured 1:1 implementation process designed to fully install the Directional Positioning Model into your trading.
The program consists of 10 private 1:1 sessions, each lasting approximately 75 minutes. Each session is tailored to your progress, execution style, and trading experience, ensuring the framework is properly understood and applied in real market conditions.
This is not a per-session coaching model. It is a complete guided process designed to take you from understanding to consistent execution of a fully rule-based trading system.
Important Note on Fit:
The program structure is based on an initial evaluation of your trading approach.
Only traders who are a suitable fit for the DPM framework will be accepted into the program, ensuring that the 10-session structure remains effective and focused.
Application Process
The DPM Program is designed for traders who already understand the fundamentals of the markets and are looking to implement a structured, rule-based trading framework.
To ensure the program is the right fit for both parties, the enrollment process consists of three simple steps:
Step 1: Review the Program Details
Before applying, candidates are expected to carefully review all information provided on this website, including the program structure, methodology overview, FAQ section, and any other relevant details.
This ensures a clear understanding of the framework, expectations, and requirements before beginning the application process.
Step 2: Complete the Application
Complete the short application form below. This helps provide context regarding your trading experience, objectives, and current challenges.
Step 3: Book Your Discovery Call
Once your application has been submitted, you will be redirected to schedule a complimentary 30-minute discovery call at a time that suits you.
During the call, we will discuss your trading background, objectives, and current approach to the markets. I will also provide an overview of the DPM methodology, explain how the framework operates, and answer any questions you may have so you can determine whether the program aligns with your goals.
If we both feel the mentorship is a good fit, you will be invited to proceed with enrolment and begin the program.
The application takes approximately 3 minutes to complete.
Please note: The DPM Program is not designed for complete beginners. Applicants should already have a basic understanding of financial markets, charting platforms, and trade execution.
